Reserve Invest (Cyprus) Limited is authorised to operate as a Cypriot Investment Firm and provide the financial services in accordance with the authorisation No. CIF 028/04 granted by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission on 4 May 2004.

RIC is authorised to provide the following services:

- Reception and transmission, on behalf of investors, of orders in relation to one or more of the financial instruments
- Execution of such orders in the financial instruments
- Dealing in financial instruments for own account
- Managing portfolios of investments in accordance with mandates given by investors on a discretionary, client-by-client basis where such portfolios include one or more of the financial instruments
- Investment advice concerning one or more of the financial instruments.

* Financial instruments mean transferable securities and units in collective investment undertakings.

RIC is a member of CIFSA, the Cyprus International Financial Services Association, a professional body that aims to promote and maintain high ethical standards among its members in the provision of services to their clients, thereby affording the client a high degree of protection through strict financial controls and regulations.
