The CySEC during its meetings on January 24th and February 7th, 2005, has decided

To allow RIC to provide investment and non-core services mentioned in its authorization and to allow the following financial instruments

• money market instruments
• financial futures contracts, incl. cash settled instruments
• forward rate agreements (FRAs)
• interest rate (IRS), currency, and eqity swap transactions
• options, incl. cash settled instruments, incl. currency swaps and IRSs
